Rivesaltes ambré 2013, Roussillon

This Catalan sweet wine offers versatile pairing options in aperitif, as a unique complement to foie gras, cheese platters (especially with fresh goat cheese); pairs wonderfully with chocolate deserts or as digestive,  its low alcohol content and aromatic intensity make it a delightful conclusion.

Spacious and intense bouquet with dried fruit, cocoa, coffee, honey and spices. The five-year ageing in oak barrels brings balance, concentration, softness and depth. Grenache Gris.
