Rosso di Valtellina Nettare

Ruby red in color, this full-bodied red wine offers a persistent and delicate aroma, with fruity notes of cherry and subtle spicy undertones. It's fragrant and pleasantly robust, providing a fresh and well-balanced experience suitable for accompanying a full meal. This wine pairs excellently with appetizers, pasta, dishes featuring oily fish, white meat, and young cheese.
The vineyard's sandy loam soil is rich in rock fragments, moderately deep, and allows for good water permeability.
The grapes are harvested by hand with meticulous care. They are pressed immediately after harvest. The traditional natural red vinification process includes breaking the cap through pumping. After fermentation, the wine is left to macerate on the skins for about 15 days.
The aging process involves concrete tanks, followed by bottle refinement in a dark environment.
