Scheurebe

We get a pale but highly expressive wine here that has a fruity bouquet of citrus, apple and juniper berries. Incredibly fresh and lively on the palate with tension and enough length to handle finer dishes too. Scheurebe is a cross between Riesling and Bukettrebe and you instantly recognise that minerality and fraicheur here.
