Intense floral notes characterise the Gros Manseng, blended with Petit Manseng, which in turn provides fresh exotic fruit notes. A handsome duo, typical of the Jurançon region. On the palate, a bright and mineral attack with floral flavours and notes of peach. The long fresh finish is supported by crisp hints of pineapple. A fine piece of goat's cheese or seafood on the side finish it off!
