Viré-Clessé - Les Pierres Blanches

Viré Clessé les Pierres Blanches is a cuvée produced from plots averaging 30 years old. Most of the blend comes from a vineyard planted on the top of a hillside where the limestone parent rock was crushed in order to plant the plot. The soil is therefore made up of a carpet of white pebbles on the surface, hence the name of this cuvée. The vinification is natural and carried out 100% in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve the freshness and fruit of this wine.
