Los Cantos

A biodynamic wine with which this company marked the beginning of a new era.  Polished tannins that coat the entire palate. The nose is frank, with notes of flowers and red fruits. The palate is full-bodied, silky and balanced, with polished tannins and a lingering finish. Made from 95% Tempranillo and 5% Merlot from 5 estates with lots of surface cobblestones, hence the name. Aged 12 months in oak barrels. 100% organic and biodynamic.
