Copper-colored—not quite white, yet clearly not red. The dense bouquet features dried apricots, peaches, tangerine peel, and blossom flowers, with hints of bergamot. It has a firm structure, balanced acidity, subtle saline notes, and a remarkable finish. This wine is classified as an orange wine because the grape juice remains in contact with the skins and seeds for four weeks.
