Candied orange, bitter orange peel, aromas of toast and fresh coffee. All this contributes to a very pleasant, complex and warm nose. Aromas of turmeric, orange blossom and sweet vanilla add an extra dimension. The palate is fresh, chiselled by very fine bubbles that give it structure. There are soft notes of yellow and pink citrus fruit. The acidity is perfectly controlled by the dosage, leading the wine to a salty, slightly salty finish.
