Surprisingly mineral nose with notes of mirabelle plums. The palate is dense, vinous and
salty, with a tight texture. Citrus fruits still dominate the palate, but the finish reveals deeper aromas and
deeper aromas and notes of roses.

This wine offers a very nice textural match with fish. Its fine acidity brings out the subtle flavours of the shellfish while underlining their iodine character. When fish and shellfish are cooked in a sauce or with cream, it adds a touch of lightness. It can also be enjoyed as an aperitif or with with fresh goat's cheese.
