Rosé de Saignée

The Champagne is a deep pink colour, with pretty and delicate bubbles that make you shiver. They carry crisp aromas of red fruits (strawberries and raspberries dominate) and a freshness that makes you salivate. On the palate, we find the expected vivacity, but also spicy notes, and a remarkably long and vinous finish for a champagne. 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier for this intense and highly flavoured rosé! Born from the precepts of biodynamic viticulture, it is a perfect reflection of its terroir of origin, the Côte des Bar.
