Vom Kalk

Light golden colour with a fine green sparkle. Citrus and stone fruit dominate the nose with a clear minerality of the limestone soil on which the sticks are planted. By leaving this Chardonnay on its groin a little longer, the wine gets a fatty and broad character. The citrus notes and salty minerality are also returning. That gives it a nice texture and tension in the finish.
