This wine represents the winemaker’s radical decision to capture the best expressions of old vines in some of the most famous Xinomavro appellations of Northern Greece. A rich bouquet featuring notes of violet, red plums, raspberries, and strawberries, with subtle hints of tomato, tapenade, and pepper. The palate showcases a lively acidity that harmonizes beautifully with the vibrant fruit and smooth tannins, leaving an elegant and lingering finish.
